Guidelines for Applications
The Trustees usually meet twice per year, in April and October. All applications for consideration at the April meeting must be submitted by the end of February. All applications for consideration in October must be submitted by the end of August. Late applications will be held over until the next meeting.

Applications should be submitted by downloading and completing the Application Form in full and submitting this by email to the Trust Administrator. No other type of application will be considered. Please do not send letters or hard copies of any material. Successful applicants are asked to acknowledge the Samuel Gardner Memorial Trust on their websites and any other relevant publicity.

Please note that the Trust is not able to make grants
to individuals or organisations applying on their behalf e.g. for bursaries
for core costs in preserving or maintaining institutions

Please note that further applications from successful applicants will only be considered annually.
